Sancius Ribera del Duero Roble 2005
A wine from Ribera del Duero that I could have chucked down the sink managed to win itself a reprieve and, in doing so, turned out to be a bit of a comeback kid.

Enowine enomatic system
The third open wine evening took place in Enowine, IFSC. We had a great night trying wines on the enomatic system, listening to a talk on Baron de Ley wines from Rioja and tasting a 25 year old wine from Austria.
