The third open wine evening took place in Enowine, IFSC. We had a great night trying wines on the enomatic system, listening to a talk on Baron de Ley wines from Rioja and tasting a 25 year old wine from Austria.

White Fight Night (part two)

Not satisfied with only trying three whites, I thought I’d take another three for a ride. Don’t worry, spittoon by my side, I remained sober as judge.
While still at Eno, a trio of Chardonnays caught my eye. Same grape, three different makers on three different continents. Spot the difference?
