“Lo Piot” Priorat 2002 – Francesca Vicent Robert

I tasted the “Lo Piot” 2002 from Priorat over two days, leaving it out in a flat bottomed decanter for 24 hours between tasting. Why? to see how it developed (and I wasn’t that thirsty last night).

The third open wine evening took place in Enowine, IFSC. We had a great night trying wines on the enomatic system, listening to a talk on Baron de Ley wines from Rioja and tasting a 25 year old wine from Austria.
