Not too much of Israeli wine available in Ireland, but the Yarden Merlot 2007 rocks and shows what a shame it is we don’t get more wine from the Holy Land.

Delicious wine from the southern most wine growing region in Africa, Elim. Expect to hear a lot more from Elim in the next few years. It’s staying where it is, but the wine is going places.
