When it comes to white wine, I feel like an absolute novice. Why? I’ve invariably drank big reds over the years. I even tried to get into white wine last summer (once) but the weather was generally so shitty that I stuck to red. So, tonight with yet another “soft” night in Dublin, I thought I’d go soft with the weather and try some delicate whites from France. And what of the Air Jordans? Find out inside.
