		<description>Good article. Not so sure on the cork option though. have seen too many special bottles destroyed by TCA and so hard to judge a good cork at bottling time. Cant see why use only stelvin screw top for early drinking stuff. Artificial closures yes as there is so often bottle variation there but LOVE the screwtop. New World Riesling revival, think I heard that one in 97, still hearing it.</description>
