Just bought some Juniper berries during my Friday morning trip to the shop.

I watched Jamie make mulled wine sometime last year and he was saying use the best wine you can afford which upset me greatly. I found Wally’s Hut for €5 a bottle did a great job. Might up the ante to Jacob’s Creek (€6.99) this time around.

Sounds nice, somebody left a comment on my mulled wine post last year to say they use 7-Up instead of sugar/water. Been waiting 12 months to try it :)
