		<description>I thought this was fabulous Lar,  a true terroir wine, which seems to be the direction now from the better wine-makers in the region. Barossa is no longer just about the big in-your-face fruit and body.
What I particularly liked was the acidity and minerality - perfect for food - with a nice graphitey texture.
I&#039;m salivating again at the memory of it!</description>
