No matter what happened, they did get scammed, and whether you agree or not, it was pretty funny to see. That said, when I sold wine in Minnesota I knew of plenty of restaurants who either opted out of this award, which the average consumers fails to comprehend, or on the other hand padded their lists so that they received it. my two cents submitted!
